Treasury Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide daily reports on liquidity, capital, interest rate risk, and asset encumbrance.

• Generate monthly reports covering liquidity, interest rate risk, treasury asset interest income, margin, and customer profitability.

• Oversee cash management, including inter-account transfers and outgoing payments.

• Observe depositor behavior and enhance liquidity outflow assumptions.

• Execute pre- and post-trade checks, settlements, and credit evaluations.

• Uphold treasury mandates.

• Participate in strategic initiatives, including Direct FPS and the Sterling Monetary Framework.

• Assist the Treasurer and provide coverage during their absence.

• Enhance treasury reporting and aid in liquidity and investment strategy development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience within a bank treasury role.

• Knowledge of liquidity and capital regulations, including CRR, Basel III, LCR, NSFR, IRRBB, ILAAP, and ICAAP.

• Proficient in Excel with strong practical skills.

• Experience in dealing: assessing the market, recommending trades, and executing them.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to verify reporting accuracy.

• Capability and eagerness to produce clear and concise written documentation.

• Background screening requirements, including right-to-work, criminal record, credit history, social media, and professional references.

• Legal authorization to work in the UK.

• Experience in a challenger or growth-stage bank is preferred.

• Familiarity with data skills such as Python, SQL, or Power BI, along with experience using AI tools is advantageous.
