Treasury Management Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of treasury solutions, which includes the technical requirements for file transmissions.

• Ensure that projects are delivered punctually, within scope, aligned with client expectations, and effectively communicated to relevant internal and external stakeholders.

• Supervise the rollout of designated technical treasury solutions, clarifying requirements such as file formats and customization needs.

• Document integration procedures in accordance with Synovus and vendor standards.

• Coordinate and manage testing phases to confirm that solutions fulfill expected quality benchmarks.

• Manage expectations of clients and internal partners by setting timelines and identifying dependencies.

• Clarify implementation expectations, which encompass setup, testing services, and the transition to customer service support.

• Evaluate client request scope alongside sales and technical sales consultants, translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications.

• Employ creative problem-solving and sound judgment, escalating issues when necessary to uphold client satisfaction.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and timely communications with clients.

• Document internal processes and customization requirements.

• Collaborate with Treasury Onboarders and Treasury Sales to implement technical treasury products.

• Adhere to applicable policies, procedures, laws, regulations, and specific risk limits associated with the role; report any known or suspected violations.

• Perform additional related duties as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

• Five years of experience in treasury management, with a focus on technical products and solutions, file testing methodologies, treasury workstations/systems, and project management in a client-facing context.

• Strong technical background and expertise in project management.

• Ability to understand and interpret file specifications.

• Capability to translate customer/system requirements effectively.

• Excellent organizational abilities.

• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

• Proficiency in using word processing and spreadsheet software applications.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Four years of treasury management experience is preferred, particularly in reading and mapping files, file transmission protocols (SFTP, FTP), and complex product implementations.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or other project management certification is preferred.

• A passion for learning and staying updated on technological advancements and industry trends.
