Junior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate business performance, pricing strategies, churn rates, product offerings, and market potential.

• Develop financial models, forecasts, business cases, and key performance indicator reporting.

• Organize ambiguous business challenges and transform data into clear, actionable insights.

• Review profit and loss statements, unit economics, return on investment, and payback analysis.

• Assess subscription business metrics such as monthly recurring revenue, annual recurring revenue, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, retention, and cohort analysis.

• Convert intricate analyses into succinct recommendations for senior stakeholders.

• Prepare executive-level presentations independently and communicate findings effectively.

• Collaborate closely with founders, senior leadership, and operational stakeholders on critical business initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Big Four or mid-tier consulting, particularly in Strategy or Operations practices.

• Proficient in spoken and written English.

• Experience at the Analyst, Associate, or Consultant level.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or another relevant quantitative discipline.

• Strong financial modeling skills, encompassing profit and loss statements, unit economics, return on investment, and payback analysis.

• Deep understanding of subscription business metrics such as monthly recurring revenue, annual recurring revenue, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, retention, and cohort analysis.

• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, complex formulas, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, and sensitivity tables.

• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

• Comfortable engaging with uncensored / NSFW AI products.
