Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Facilitate, map, and propose solutions to meet business requirements.

• Collaborate in the analysis and documentation of clients’ business requirements.

• Suggest business solutions that effectively address clients’ needs.

• Assist the development team by undertaking work items for development in each Sprint.

• Aid the Product Owner in deconstructing business needs and identifying system requirements as user stories.

• Identify the fundamental needs of stakeholders.

• Support development through the extraction and documentation of both functional and non-functional software requirements.

• Manage your workload efficiently and promptly notify the team of any potential delays.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with the operational aspects of the systems within your area of responsibility.

• Capability to identify and visually map business needs in a practical manner.

• Proficiency in representing business needs through maps, business requirements, and user stories.

• Strong grasp of business analysis and process concepts, user-centered design, and agile methodologies.

• Ability to facilitate and lead workshops and collaborative sessions.

• Understanding of Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas, and UX Design principles.

• Awareness of business analysis practices, MVPs, and agile requirements.

• Comprehension of business processes, products, services, and rules.

• Ability to understand the needs of managers, clients, and users in order to propose effective solutions.

• Knowledge of Scrum and Lean Startup methodologies.

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
