Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze intricate business challenges and formulate actionable recommendations.

• Collect and clarify business requirements.

• Address inquiries regarding data elements and their connections to business processes and workflows.

• Break down, analyze, simplify, and enhance business processes.

• Facilitate business design sessions and blueprinting for future-state tools, processes, and personnel design.

• Identify opportunities for automation and keep abreast of contemporary IT tools and capabilities.

• Collaborate with business and development stakeholders regarding project features and updates.

• Communicate client feedback and guide development teams on necessary modifications.

• Assess the feasibility of suggested features.

• Test feature prototypes with clients and document their experiences.

• Conduct user acceptance testing to determine if prototypes satisfy project requirements.

• Offer input on system design and make decisions regarding functionality and configuration.

• Evaluate and measure data quality while providing troubleshooting support.

• Manage projects for smaller initiatives, focusing on scope, time, and quality management.

• Work simultaneously across multiple applications, projects, and programs.

• Record, track, and publish project, program, and process KPIs.

• Document progress and provide regular reports to senior stakeholders.

• Review reports and metrics, offering recommendations for enhancing business process quality and efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field with 4+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, OR a Master's degree in Business Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience.

• Demonstrated experience in gathering, documenting, and managing complex business and functional requirements.

• Strong understanding of data structures, data flows, and data quality management.

• Experience in leading or assisting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validating solutions against requirements.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities across various projects, applications, or programs.

• Proficient in business process analysis and optimization.

• Skills in requirements elicitation and documentation.

• Engagement and facilitation with stakeholders.

• Extensive experience in analyzing, deconstructing, and optimizing end-to-end business processes.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business, UX, product, and engineering.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior stakeholders.

• Experience in data analysis and data quality management, including UAT and validation.

• Support for Agile product development.

• Proficiency in process mapping and workflow design.

• Collaboration in digital product and IT systems.

• Coordination of projects with lightweight project management responsibilities.

• Must reside and work in the United States; immigration sponsorship by Intel is not available.
