Travel Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct maintenance, repairs, and installation of low voltage cabling, access control systems, and video solutions.

• Assist with the programming and reprogramming of associated security software.

• Deliver training to end-users.

• Offer technical support over the phone to customers.

• Travel to client locations as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma.

• 2-4 years of experience in maintaining, repairing, and installing low voltage cabling, access control, and video systems.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.

• Certification in Lenel.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Capability to use hand and power tools.

• LEA Certification is preferred.

• Additional Manufacturer Certifications (e.g., Lenel, AMAG, SWH, Genetec, Avigilon, Hanwha, Axis) are advantageous.
