Travel Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Oversee functional areas on-site and create an unforgettable experience for attendees.

• Consistently surpass customer expectations in a leadership role within functional areas such as Food and Beverage, VIP services, transportation, or meetings.

• Ensure that the on-site functional area is executed in accordance with the client program contract.

• Collaborate with the Lead Travel Director to design staff schedules.

• Address on-site delivery challenges and escalate potential client or program concerns for prompt resolution.

• Finalize the program debrief document upon program completion.

• Provide training and mentorship to team members while sharing expertise.

• In-depth understanding of client deliverables, contracts, and expectations for both functional areas and overall program execution.

• Capability to establish and sustain professional relationships with clients, participants, and vendors.

• Proficient in developing staff schedules in collaboration with the Lead Travel Director.

• Skilled in resolving on-site delivery issues and proactively escalating potential client or program challenges.

• Familiarity with One10 billing and gratuity policies and procedures.

• Competence in training, mentoring, and sharing knowledge with team members.
