This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create compensation programs, policies, and strategies for executive, management, and staff levels.
• Advise senior leaders on salary decisions, compensation practices, and policy interpretation.
• Deliver comprehensive analysis, models, recommendations, and expert guidance to management and HR executives.
• Train and coach management on compensation philosophy, salary structures, market analysis, merit, and bonus processes.
• Collaborate with HR Communications on employee communications regarding compensation.
• Manage the annual implementation and administration of merit, market, equity, and variable compensation programs and systems.
• Ensure the integrity of data in compensation data management and reporting.
• Lead cross-functional teams for mergers and acquisitions, cost-saving initiatives, audit findings, and the development and implementation of compensation systems.
• Work with the Human Resources Compensation Committee consultant and prepare materials for Committee review.
• Ensure precise compensation reporting, budgeting, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Assist in union negotiations and bargaining.
• Guide, mentor, and establish goals, policies, and procedures for the Compensation team.
• Prioritize and optimize resources to achieve ministry goals and objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or Accounting.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
• Over 10 years of progressive compensation experience, including experience in healthcare compensation.
• Strong critical thinking skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently.
• Capability to perform well in a high-pressure environment and take appropriate actions.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring others.
• Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).
• MBA or MHR preferred.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
