This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage and cultivate business relationships with a designated portfolio of enterprise and large-market employer clients.
• Design and execute retention and growth strategies tailored for the most significant and complex clients.
• Offer strategic and consultative insights to enhance the effectiveness of EAP and wellness programs.
• Partner with client plan sponsors to create and implement engagement strategies specific to each client.
• Assess and improve program performance to guarantee optimal results and client satisfaction.
• Maintain an extensive understanding of CuraLinc's product offerings within the healthcare benefits sector.
• Build and sustain relationships at all levels within client organizations.
• Represent CuraLinc Healthcare during client presentations for both current and prospective clients.
• Guide and develop associates working on client accounts.
• Lead and manage a team of Client Relationship Managers, encompassing performance evaluations, professional development, and team building initiatives.
• Support CRMs with management of their book of business, addressing client escalations, achieving retention objectives, and ensuring client service excellence.
• Collaborate with channel leadership to bolster retention and revenue targets.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in B2B account management or client services within the healthcare, employee benefits, or insurance sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and leading teams, including conducting performance evaluations, fostering professional development, and building cohesive teams.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with an emphasis on coaching and developing team members.
• Stable employment history.
• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA).
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional presentation and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects effectively.
• Excellent organizational capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
