Travel Counselor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Provide travel advice and make arrangements for corporate clients, encompassing both individuals and groups.

• Organize and reserve domestic and international travel, including air, road, rail, and accommodation bookings.

• Utilize the Amadeus Global Distribution System (GDS) for travel management.

• Engage with clients through various communication channels such as phone, messaging/chat, email, and back-office systems.

• Offer proactive advice to clients and promote additional services while following company travel policies.

• Collaborate and work independently to achieve business and account-specific objectives, including customer satisfaction, call adherence, and service metrics.

• Deliver high-touch service and provide innovative, timely travel solutions from a remote location.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in the travel industry, particularly in business travel.

• Knowledge of fares and ticketing regulations for car, air, and hotel bookings.

• Proficient in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS), specifically Amadeus.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional context.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Capacity to act with integrity and safeguard personal traveler information.

• Comprehensive understanding of the travel sector, including business and leisure travel, or airline reservation experience.

• Ability to swiftly and independently address customer issues.

• Collaborative mindset and receptiveness to feedback.
