Addiction Counselor – Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Perform intake assessments to assess Member readiness and identify the suitable level of care.

• Lead group and individual counseling sessions utilizing Affect’s evidence-based curriculum.

• Offer crisis support and coordinate necessary referrals as required.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

• Work in collaboration with clinical supervisors on personalized treatment and discharge plans.

• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and all pertinent state laws.

• Authenticate credentials through the State Board’s website during the application process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a resident of Oregon and provide telehealth services from an Oregon residence.

• Hold an active and verifiable Oregon counseling license: CADC-I, CADC-II, CADC-III, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.

• Mental health license holders must complete 120 hours of training prior to commencement.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite, EMR systems, and telehealth platforms.

• Committed to supporting individuals in recovery and fostering therapeutic relationships.
