Addiction Counselor – Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Perform intake assessments and assess Member readiness for care.

• Lead virtual individual and group counseling sessions utilizing Affect’s evidence-based curriculum.

• Offer crisis support and coordinate necessary referrals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system.

• Work in collaboration with clinical supervisors on treatment planning and discharge processes.

• Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and relevant state laws.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid and unrestricted New Mexico license (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LISW, or LADAC).

• Experience in working with populations dealing with substance use disorders.

• Comfort and proficiency in delivering care through telehealth platforms.

• Strong skills in documentation and organization.
