Travel Consultant — Hotel Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Engage with client inquiries and suggest appropriate hotel and travel options.

• Deliver expert consultation while executing luxury hotel and tailored travel sales.

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients through email and online channels.

• Assist in order confirmations, modifications, and after-sales support.

• Foster long-term relationships with clients to enhance retention.

• Adhere to brand standards and maintain a professional service image.

• No administrative or non-sales responsibilities required.

• Candidates must operate as independent contractors.

• Must not be employed by or associated with any competing for-profit entity.

• Must not represent any company or institution.

• Strong enthusiasm for travel and a comprehensive understanding of the luxury hotel sector and reservation systems.

• Preference for individuals holding premium international hotel loyalty memberships.

• Quick learner; no specific educational qualifications are mandated.

• Background in tourism, hospitality, accounting, or finance is advantageous.

• Prior sales experience or familiarity with the hospitality/travel sector is preferred.

• Experience as a travel consultant or in hotel management is beneficial.

• Proficiency in both Chinese and English is required.

• Fluency in Japanese or Cantonese is a plus and may qualify candidates for international business segments.

• Strong communication abilities.

• Excellent skills in email management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word.

• High integrity, self-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
