📋 Description

• Interact with and address inquiries from both existing and prospective clients

• Locate and verify travel bookings

• Advise customers in accordance with client travel policies

• Address requests related to DOT, TSA, passport, visa, and various travel regulations

• Provide insights on industry aspects, including low fares, exchange fees, and penalties

• Evaluate operational procedures and business relationships, proposing enhancements

• Sustain, convey, and broaden knowledge of the travel sectors supported

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a travel agent

• Proficiency in GDS Sabre

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Comprehensive understanding of the travel industry, including policies, procedures, and processes

• Capability to search for and confirm travel reservations

• Familiarity with client travel policies

• Awareness of DOT, TSA, passport, and visa regulations

• Knowledge of low fares, exchange fees, and penalties
