📋 Description

• Search for and verify travel bookings for customers.

• Comprehend client travel guidelines and provide consistent consultation.

• Address inquiries related to DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other essential regulations.

• Offer industry insights, including low fares, exchange fees, and penalties.

• Evaluate operational processes and commercial partnerships, proposing enhancements.

• Keep, communicate, and broaden knowledge of the travel industries served.

• Interact with and respond to inquiries from both existing and prospective clients.

• Assist clients in traveling efficiently and achieving their goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a travel agent.

• Proficiency in GDS Sabre.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Comprehensive understanding of the travel industry, including its policies, procedures, and processes.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as required by business demands.

• Candidates must reside in the United States or Costa Rica.
