📋 Description

• Locate and verify travel bookings for clients.

• Advise customers in accordance with their travel guidelines.

• Address inquiries related to DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other regulatory matters.

• Offer insights on industry trends, including low fares, exchange fees, and penalties.

• Evaluate operational procedures and commercial partnerships, recommending enhancements.

• Continuously update and share knowledge about the supported travel sectors.

• Engage with both existing and prospective clients, ensuring effective communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a travel agent.

• Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS).

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.

• Strong understanding of the travel sector, including its policies, procedures, and practices.

• Willingness to adapt to various work schedules, which may include daytime, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts.

• Capability to adhere to the work schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST.
