📋 Description

• Search for and validate travel bookings for clients.

• Comprehend client travel policies and deliver consistent consultation to customers.

• Address inquiries related to regulations, including DOT, TSA, passports, and visas.

• Offer industry insights such as low fare options, exchange fees, and penalties.

• Evaluate operational processes and client relationships, suggesting enhancements as needed.

• Keep, communicate, and broaden knowledge of the supported travel sectors.

• Address requests from both existing and new clients, assisting them in traveling efficiently and achieving their goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a travel agent.

• Proficiency in GDS Sabre.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong understanding of the travel industry, including its policies, procedures, and processes.

• International experience is advantageous.

• Willingness to adapt to varied work schedules, including daytime, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts based on business requirements.

• Must reside in the United States.
