• Supply industry insights including low fares, exchange fees, and penalties.

• Evaluate operational processes and business relationships, proposing enhancements.

• Keep, share, and broaden current knowledge of the supported travel sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a travel agent.

• Proficiency in GDS Sabre.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Comprehensive understanding of the travel industry, including policies, procedures, and processes.

• Availability to work day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed by the business.
