📋 Description

• Identify and verify travel bookings for clients

• Provide ongoing consultation to customers in line with their travel guidelines

• Address inquiries related to DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other essential regulations

• Share industry insights, including competitive fares, exchange fees, and penalties

• Evaluate operational workflows and business partnerships, recommending enhancements

• Keep up-to-date, share, and broaden knowledge of the travel sectors we support

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a travel agent

• Proficiency in GDS Sabre

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Thorough understanding of the travel sector, its policies, procedures, and protocols

• Adaptability in work hours, including day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts based on business requirements
