This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Oversee transitions for all business lines and channels from previous broker-dealers to LPL.
• Collaborate with prospective advisors to comprehend their business structures and formulate transition strategies.
• Engage with various departments across the firm as subject matter experts.
• Provide training and education on LPL technology, operational procedures, and best practices.
• Educate advisors and staff on account openings, asset transfers, account maintenance, and business growth.
• Offer repapering assistance, which includes account data entry, monitoring account openings and funding, configuring account details, and managing notifications.
• Act as the primary contact for advisors during the transition process.
• Address issues through critical thinking and problem-solving, escalating to management when necessary.
• Discuss the technology needs of advisors and deliver training on LPL proprietary premium products and third-party tools.
• Assist with departmental projects and initiatives as required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services and/or a client-facing position is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 50–60% of the time.
• Strong listening abilities focused on understanding the needs of advisors.
• Effective communication skills with colleagues, leadership, field recruiting professionals, and internal recruiters.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish trust in client-facing roles.
• Proficiency in wirehouse, regional, independent, RIA, institutional, and retirement-plan business lines.
• Prior travel experience is preferred.
• Adaptable and quick learner capable of working with minimal training.
• Skilled webinar host with excellent presentation capabilities.
• Proactive critical thinker with professional maturity and self-management skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• At least 1 year of training, business consulting, or practice management experience in investment services is preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
• Series 7 and 63, 65, or 66 licenses are preferred.
