Affiliate Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +27 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist affiliate strategists and managers in the daily management of programs and oversight of platforms.

• Establish, oversee, and refine affiliate programs.

• Ensure the integrity of links, accuracy of tracking, and availability of offers.

• Handle weekly partner recruitment, onboarding, relationship management, and continuous optimization.

• Analyze performance data and key metrics related to affiliates.

• Identify trends, provide reports on program health, and offer data-driven recommendations to enhance ROI.

• Act as a secondary point of contact for clients.

• Bring expertise to client discussions and strategies.

• Deliver presentations on program performance and future plans.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of affiliate networks and platforms such as Impact, Rakuten, CJ, Pepperjam/Ascend, and AWIN.

• Collaborate with Affiliate Strategists and Managers across various client accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, ideally in an agency setting.

• Proven track record in implementing and managing performance-based affiliate programs that generate measurable revenue.

• Strong analytical abilities with a knack for analyzing and presenting data that informs client strategies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to convey technical affiliate concepts to stakeholders.

• Relationship-focused approach to cultivating and managing key partner relationships.

• Proficient in major affiliate marketing platforms, including Impact, Rakuten, and CJ.

• Outstanding organizational and project management skills.

• Capacity to handle multiple client programs and meet deadlines concurrently.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Must address current or future U.S. employment visa sponsorship requirements.
