This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of the Affiliate channel, overseeing investment decisions, partner relationships, forecasting, roadmap development, and the patient journey.
• Drive Rula’s patient acquisition goals through a data-centric approach and scalable strategies.
• Develop and enhance the Affiliate channel as a vital component of patient marketing efforts.
• Provide oversight for an Affiliate Specialist, an external contractor, and virtual assistants through a dotted-line reporting structure.
• Surpass targets by recruiting and nurturing high-quality publishers.
• Improve partner performance through strategic optimization.
• Maintain channel integrity by ensuring compliance and conducting fraud/quality audits.
• Identify issues, triage problems, and communicate necessary actions or results effectively.
• Collaborate with teams in Analytics, Finance, Provider Success, internal and external stakeholders, as well as executive leadership.
• Clearly and concisely communicate channel inputs, performance metrics, and outcomes.
• Over 8 years of relevant professional experience in executing and managing affiliate marketing programs.
• Proficient in affiliate networks/platforms such as Impact, Commission Junction, Rakuten, or Partnerize.
• Deep understanding of partner onboarding processes, tracking setups, commission/payout structures, and optimization tactics.
• Proven experience in managing substantial budgets or partner expenditures exceeding $1M monthly.
• Skilled in recruiting, negotiating with, and managing publisher/affiliate partners.
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking, attribution, and compliance/fraud auditing processes.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Finance and Analytics teams.
• Expertise in data-driven and ROI-focused affiliate initiatives, including management of partner or State-level ROI.
• Must reside in the United States; currently, we are not hiring in Hawaii.
• Preferred: hands-on experience with Impact.
• Preferred: experience in leading a team, virtual assistants, or specialists.
• Preferred: background in managing marketplace/directory partners or retail partners like Amazon.
• Preferred: proven track record of building or utilizing AI agents to streamline affiliate operations.
• Preferred: proficiency with Looker or similar data visualization tools.
• Preferred: experience with first-party data integration tools such as Freshpaint or Segment.
