Associate Partner, Consulting Partner – Resiliency

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop innovative and mission-critical solutions for key strategic client accounts.

• Lead multidisciplinary consulting teams through intricate, enterprise-level engagements.

• Collaborate directly with C-suite executives to formulate and position strategic change agendas.

• Connect complex business objectives with contemporary IT systems across Artificial Intelligence, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure.

• Operate within both pre-deal strategy and post-deal delivery environments.

• Foster long-lasting relationships with CXO leaders.

• Ensure projects yield measurable commercial outcomes and establish secure, resilient digital foundations.

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with executives from Fortune 500 companies.

• Lead interactions with C-level customers and provide guidance on intricate digital transformations.

• Drive revenue objectives, expand account backlog, and oversee profitability margins.

• Identify, pursue, and convert high-value business development opportunities.

• Lead the scoping, risk management assessments, and fee negotiation processes.

• Design and deliver engagements focused on Enterprise Resiliency, Incident Response, Cyber Security, and AI-enabled infrastructure.

• Oversee client projects to guarantee performance, quality, and customer NPS.

• Meet utilization targets and enhance delivery frameworks.

• Promote an inclusive culture while developing intellectual capital, strategic frameworks, and thought leadership.

• Mentor junior team members and ensure outcomes are commercially focused and value-driven.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive background in C-suite relationship management and consultative selling within a major consulting or corporate setting.

• Proven success in leading multidisciplinary teams to execute large-scale, complex technology engagements.

• Strong commercial and financial insight, with experience in revenue generation, fee negotiation, deal scoping, and margin management.

• In-depth domain expertise in Enterprise Resiliency, Cyber Resiliency, Incident Response, or Hybrid Infrastructure modernization.

• Demonstrated ability in business development, pipeline conversion, and enhancing enterprise client accounts.

• Established executive presence along with strong oral and written communication skills.

• Professional certifications in enterprise architecture, resiliency, or cloud platforms.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.

• Practical experience in designing enterprise transformations that integrate Artificial Intelligence with hybrid infrastructure.

• Specialized knowledge in Security Market Leadership or CISO advisory consulting.

• Proven record of publishing industry thought leadership, white papers, or proprietary consulting frameworks.

• Advanced technical certifications in Cyber Security, Continuity, or Cloud Enterprise Architecture.

• A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
