This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Design and execute detailed change management strategies for designated initiatives utilizing the ADKAR methodology, spanning from discovery to sustainment.
• Evaluate the complexity, scope, and stakeholder environment of initiatives to tailor change support accordingly.
• Recognize adoption risks and patterns of resistance, developing integrated mitigation strategies aligned with project plans.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and business leaders regarding the impact of change, readiness, and reinforcement expectations.
• Create and implement communication strategies for employees impacted by changes, ranging from front-line staff to functional leadership.
• Collaborate with EPMO project managers and HDT leaders to incorporate change management milestones within project governance and delivery schedules.
• Conduct impact and readiness evaluations and present risk recommendations to project governance bodies.
• Track adoption indicators and modify the change strategy as circumstances evolve.
• Highlight adoption risks in governance forums prior to go-live and maintain readiness visibility with EPMO and business stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver role-specific training, partnering with L&D for content creation and logistical support.
• Identify learning gaps and propose training interventions accordingly.
• Work with business leaders and sponsors to incorporate reinforcement mechanisms.
• Perform post-go-live assessments and ensure a structured handoff with documented sustainability strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in change management or a closely related field.
• Proven track record in leading change initiatives that are complex and cross-functional.
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of change management principles and the ADKAR framework.
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and influence.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and across different functional areas.
• Must possess, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record compliant with Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.
• Prosci certification is preferred.
• Experience in a project governance or EPMO-managed delivery environment is advantageous.
• Background in the healthcare or similarly regulated industries is a plus.
