Transformation Success Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Perform technical migrations of client environments from outdated systems to modern platforms.

• Manage policy mappings, data retention settings, API configurations, and log ingestion validations according to Palo Alto Networks’ “Golden Standard” design templates.

• Conduct practitioner-oriented “Day in the Life” workshops to enhance platform adoption.

• Instruct customer teams on native platform workflows, alert triage, incident response, Agentic-AI, and automated playbooks through individual and group-based training sessions.

• Facilitate organized Value Realization sessions with technical stakeholders from the customer side.

• Utilize native platform dashboards to showcase ROI, security effectiveness, and operational efficiency.

• Obtain formal project approval and ensure customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced technical expertise in security operations infrastructure, cloud migrations, or technical consulting.

• Practical experience with Palo Alto Networks Cortex XDR/XSIAM, Prisma Cloud, or Strata, or direct experience with competing migration projects.

• Strong technical foundation in security automation.

• Proficient in executing CLI scripting, Python, and REST APIs for bulk policy configurations and data modeling.

• Excellent communication skills for customer interactions.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct technical workshops and maintain a strong presence with executives.

• Growth-oriented mindset emphasizing artificial intelligence and automation.

• Capability to create reusable playbook concepts and produce technical documentation.
