Transformation Strategy Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Convert the transformation vision into actionable requirements for AI product managers and engineers.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to implement transformation initiatives.

• Develop and maintain the enterprise capability map that outlines ownership, existing processes, and AI opportunities.

• Manage transformation intake, prioritization, and operational cadence across various functions.

• Define solution pathways that delineate responsibilities among humans, AI, and systems.

• Conduct ROI analysis, assess business value, create metric trees, and perform executive analytics.

• Lead role redesign, change management, and adoption efforts in collaboration with People COEs and functional leaders.

• Oversee company-wide AI initiatives from problem identification through implementation.

• Achieve significant improvements that span three or more functions.

• Report to the Director of AI Transformation within the Chief Transformation Officer’s organization, with a dotted line to the People team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five years in investment banking or leading management consulting firms.

• Proven ability to act swiftly on ambiguous, high-stakes challenges.

• Proficient in first-principles thinking with the capability to reinterpret vague briefs and formulate well-founded recommendations.

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including metric trees, data extraction and structuring, scenario modeling, and independent presentation of results.

• Regular hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI tools for practical applications.

• Experience in building or reconstructing at least one process centered around AI.

• Skill in evaluating where current AI applications are effective and where they fall short.

• Background in managing multi-stakeholder initiatives without formal authority.

• Ability to articulate alignment-building, trade-offs, and delivery processes.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to create one-pagers, develop presentations, and defend recommendations to senior leadership.

• Strong inclination for proactive action and a high tolerance for ambiguity.

• A technical degree in Computer Science, engineering, mathematics, physics, or another quantitative discipline is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience in redesigning AI workflows is advantageous.

• Experience in fast-growing technology companies, particularly in security, infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS, is a plus.

• Familiarity with transformation, change management, or strategy office roles is beneficial.

• An MBA is not a prerequisite.
