Senior Consultant – Distribution Service Strategy Business Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Acquire expertise in Service Simplification, business strategies, operational models, customer and agent service journeys, and supporting technologies.

• Employ authorized AI tools and analytical techniques to amalgamate qualitative and quantitative data, discern patterns and root causes, and reveal unmet service, process, and experience requirements.

• Evaluate customer and agent journeys, process flows, operational metrics, feedback, and research to pinpoint friction points, manual tasks, redundancies, failure demands, and potential simplification opportunities.

• Formulate AI-supported research plans, prompts, and repeatable analytical methodologies while ensuring outputs are accurate, relevant, unbiased, and appropriately utilized.

• Convert analysis into insightful summaries, assessments of the current state, areas of opportunity, findings related to journeys or processes, and substantiating evidence.

• Collaborate with business, technology, data, operations, and user experience stakeholders to affirm needs, clarify business objectives, and delineate solution alternatives.

• Recognize dependencies, limitations, risks, and impacts across people, processes, experiences, data, and technology to guide prioritization and decision-making for solutions.

• Craft concise, audience-ready narratives and visual documentation tailored for decision-makers.

• Ensure traceability from source inputs and analyses to identified needs, problem statements, recommendations, and solution concepts.

• Contribute to reusable AI-driven analytical practices, templates, and knowledge resources.

• Bachelor's Degree (4 years) preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience preferred.

• Familiarity with the insurance industry preferred.
