This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Assist members of the Seniors Housing Investment Sales team in managing transactions related to seniors housing assets.
• Oversee transaction coordination and the due diligence process.
• Organize files and ensure all mandatory disclosures are completed and submitted for review and approval.
• Reach out to interested parties about any missing documentation.
• Maintain a quality-controlled system to manage the necessary steps for closing deals.
• Track sales progress, deadlines, and the release of contingencies.
• Create, design, format, edit, and quality-control high-quality investment sales marketing materials, including Offering Memorandums (OMs), Broker Opinion of Values (BOVs), pitch books, presentations, email marketing content, and client-facing materials.
• Collaborate with investment sales professionals, analysts, and internal resources to integrate transaction, property, and financial data into marketing materials.
• Draft initial versions of listing and engagement agreements from approved templates or coordinate their preparation with internal teams.
• Prepare, distribute, track, and maintain records of non-disclosure agreements.
• Update and manage Salesforce, including contacts, companies, opportunities, transaction activities, buyer outreach, and CRM details.
• Maintain buyer and prospect lists and support the execution and tracking of marketing campaigns.
• Manage the calendar of investment sales professionals and schedule meetings, calls, Zoom sessions, conferences, and appointments.
• Organize business travel arrangements.
• Prepare and process expense reports and reimbursement documentation.
• Execute other assigned duties.
• Work typically from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm local time, Monday through Friday.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably with a concentration in Finance and/or Real Estate) or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and Word.
• Ability to learn Salesforce and other company software as required.
• Excellent proofreading, calendar management, scheduling, and project-management skills.
• Skills in managing client relationships.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator is preferred.
• Proven capabilities in graphic design, document layout, and production.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks accurately and effectively during time-sensitive situations.
• Willingness to work extended hours or weekends as necessary.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ownership of work, readiness to tackle challenges, openness to growth opportunities, and patience in learning new processes.

• Remote candidates must reside in California.
