• Take ownership of customer success, adoption, and value realization for enterprise accounts.

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and reliability teams to implement and enhance UptimeAI solutions.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to customer executives and technical teams.

• Assist customers in achieving reduced downtime, decreased maintenance costs, enhanced asset reliability, and improved operational efficiency.

• Lead deployment initiatives for industrial AI solutions.

• Organize and facilitate technical workshops and discussions on solution architecture.

• Convert AI insights into practical operational enhancements.

• Collaborate with Sales and Solutions teams to bolster strategic customer initiatives.

• Identify new use cases and opportunities for expansion based on realized value.

• Work in tandem with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams.

• Advocate for the voice of the customer within the organization.

• Contribute to shaping the product roadmap informed by field insights.

• Over 10 years of experience in customer engagement, digital transformation, or enterprise SaaS deployments.

• Experience collaborating with industrial clients in sectors such as oil & gas, manufacturing, chemicals, power, or heavy industries.

• Proven experience in deploying industrial analytics, APM, predictive maintenance, or AI solutions.

• Strong program or project management capabilities overseeing complex enterprise deployments.

• Proficiency in engaging technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and data science.

• Background in reliability engineering, operations, or industrial digital transformation.

• Familiarity with APM platforms, industrial IoT, or predictive maintenance solutions.

• Relevant certifications such as CMRP, Six Sigma, or reliability frameworks.
