📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of Aggreko's QHSE strategy throughout Northern Continental Europe.

• Collaborate with regional leadership teams to enhance safety culture, elevate operational performance, and promote continuous improvement across various sites.

• Lead initiatives in risk management, conduct incident investigations, perform audits, and ensure regulatory compliance programs are met.

• Propel environmental and sustainability efforts, focusing on the measurement, reporting, and reduction of Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions.

• Offer expert QHSE guidance for significant projects, customer interactions, tenders, crisis management, and business continuity strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven HSE/QHSE leader with extensive experience supporting multi-site operations in industrial, engineering, energy, manufacturing, or construction sectors.

• Excellent influencing and communication skills, with the capacity to foster trusted relationships and drive change within a matrix organization.

• Familiarity with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, sustainability frameworks, and regional HSE compliance mandates.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Strong analytical skills and reporting capabilities.

• Experience with business intelligence and HSE management systems.

• Proficient in business-level English.

• Proficient in either German or Dutch.

• Additional European languages are considered a plus.
