This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the ongoing advancement and refinement of the Career Framework, which encompasses career pathways, job families, career stages, competencies, and expectations for progression.

• Collaborate with leaders and HR teams to enhance career clarity, promote internal mobility, and boost workforce capability.

• Maintain and improve framework resources, including role profiles, guidance materials, and job descriptions.

• Aid in talent calibration, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives.

• Create practical resources that outline career options, expectations, and opportunities for growth.

• Work alongside HR Analytics to pinpoint workforce trends, opportunities, and suggestions.

• Partner with Compensation, Training & Development, Recruiting, and HR teams to ensure alignment of talent programs and practices.

• Provide guidance to leaders and HR teams on Career Framework concepts, role structures, and practices for career growth.

• Support integration efforts related to career frameworks, role structures, and career growth practices during mergers.

• Identify and implement effective practices that enhance and evolve the framework.

• Build relationships, simplify complex concepts into actionable solutions, and facilitate informed decisions regarding talent and workforce.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in talent management, workforce planning, organizational development, HR consulting, compensation, or similar fields.

• Exceptional skills in relationship-building and stakeholder partnership.

• Capability to facilitate discussions and influence various levels within the organization.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into actionable insights and recommendations.

• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Skill in simplifying complex concepts into practical tools, resources, and guidance.

• Comfort in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.

• Preferred experience in supporting career frameworks, workforce planning, succession planning, talent reviews, or internal mobility programs.

• Preferred experience in collaborating across multiple HR disciplines and business functions.

• Experience in supporting organizational growth, transformation, or integration is a plus.
