General Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the brand.

• Demonstrate proficiency in all Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) roles.

• Ensure cleanliness throughout both FOH and BOH areas.

• Drive growth in same-store sales.

• Manage line speed by monitoring transaction times.

• Act as the main point of contact for customer service issues and supervise customer feedback.

• Prepare quality food in accordance with established procedures and Mo’ Bettahs standards.

• Organize and lead weekly meetings with the Manager in Training, Off-Premise Coordinator, and Certified Trainer.

• Review and adjust weekly employee schedules.

• Complete weekly reports, including self-reporting, staffing guide, online orders, inventory, and other related tasks.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Mo’ Bettahs culture.

• Adhere to and enforce company standards regarding health, safety, sanitation, and security.

• Keep a neat and tidy appearance.

• Ensure employees comply with policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• A minimum of two years managing up to 40 team members in business or food management.

• Proven success in promoting team members.

• Experience in recognizing and nurturing talent within a team.

• Capability to make challenging personnel decisions.

• Demonstrate the aloha spirit with customers, team members, and vendors.

• Strong attention to detail.

• A valid driver’s license is required.

• Consistent and reliable attendance.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, etc.).

• Ability to see, hear, and communicate effectively.

• Capability to ascend and descend stairs, sit and stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and bend, stoop, and kneel.

• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions when necessary.

• Ability to work on a computer for extended durations.

• Willing to drive or travel for business as required.

• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.

• Must arrive at work alert and free from sedatives; must disclose any medications that may affect job performance.
