This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as a reliable and responsive partner to both the client and the wider JLL account team.
• Offer strategic support for transactions and occupancy, including portfolio assessment and analysis.
• Prepare for and attend regular client, project, and leadership meetings; document decisions, responsibilities, and follow-up actions.
• Lead the management of transaction workflows, playbooks, and governance procedures.
• Provide executive-level reporting and presentations that detail portfolio activities, recommendations, financial impacts, milestones, dependencies, and necessary decisions.
• Assist in managing the complete transaction life cycle for complex, high-velocity projects.
• Oversee and facilitate lease, sublease, expansion, renewal, relocation, contraction, and termination transactions.
• Aid in site selection and market searches; assess options; issue requests for proposals; negotiate letters of intent and business terms; and coordinate documentation until execution.
• Create comparative financial analyses, cash-flow and occupancy-cost scenarios, and summaries of economic and non-financial trade-offs.
• Keep schedules, trackers, and transaction systems up to date; monitor milestones, deadlines, risks, interdependencies, and approvals; escalate issues and ensure actions are completed.
• Integrate market intelligence and manage maps, dashboards, and specialized site data.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and JLL experts in brokerage, occupancy planning, project and development services, workplace strategy, finance, legal, tax, and technology.
• Ensure commission invoices and transaction records are accurate and up to date.
• Bachelor’s degree or a relevant combination of education and experience.
• Over 7 years of experience in corporate real estate transaction management, brokerage, or a related field.
• Experience working with large, sophisticated occupiers is advantageous.
• Proven experience with lease transactions and portfolio initiatives in office and R&D settings.
• Capability to work effectively in a dynamic, high-growth environment, manage ambiguity and competing priorities, and deliver quality results within tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of transaction economics and the financial and accounting implications of real estate decisions.
• Excellent skills in written and verbal communication, as well as presenting information.
• Strong analytical, organizational, planning, and process management skills, with a keen attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to interpret market intelligence, financial analyses, and portfolio data, and convey implications to diverse audiences.
• Proactive client-service orientation with sound judgment, curiosity, responsiveness, and a strong bias for action.
• Ability to work collaboratively across JLL, client teams, and cross-functional teams, influencing without direct authority and contributing to collective team outcomes.
