Transaction Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assist Customers and Loan Officers in providing exceptional service.

• Enter, organize, and disseminate information and documents to Loan Officers and Processors.

• Retrieve information from the internet.

• Enter data into loan origination software.

• Help establish each mortgage loan file in accordance with relevant guidelines and instructions from loan officers and processors.

• Collaborate within a close-knit, goal-focused team.

• Gain in-depth knowledge of mortgages with the potential for a transition into operations or loan officer support.

• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and a positive demeanor.

• Comfortable with working online for the majority of the day.

• Capability to gather and compile information from various online sources.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Competent data entry skills.

• Ability to operate printers, scanners, and fax machines.

• Dependability and proactive approach.

• Basic knowledge of the mortgage loan process is advantageous.

• Flexibility and strong communication abilities.

• Skill in entering, organizing, and distributing information and documents to Loan Officers and Processors.

• Competence in setting up mortgage loan files following applicable guidelines and directives from loan officers and processors.
