Training Specialist – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Conduct virtual DevResults training sessions for INL implementers as needed, focusing on system navigation, completion of report templates, and the submission process in line with established training protocols.

• Offer personalized coaching and troubleshooting support to users, including follow-up assistance for implementers facing challenges after the initial training sessions.

• Ensure that implementers enter complete and accurate performance data into the DevResults system by reinforcing best practices and providing guidance during training.

• Aid in organizing scheduled sessions, liaising with implementers, and distributing training materials and follow-up resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Full professional proficiency in English, especially in discussing performance monitoring, data, indicators, and database tools.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• While prior experience with DevResults is not mandatory, it is preferred.

• Appropriate training and familiarization with the platform will be provided during onboarding.

• Currently employed in relevant fields (DME, M&E, Program Analysis, Performance Monitoring…) or recently retired/separated within the past 5 years.

• Ability and willingness to train others in their area of expertise.

• Clean background.

• Capability to maintain at least an MRPT clearance.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in international relations, law enforcement, public policy, or a related field.

• Five (5) to nine (9) years of relevant work experience.

• Five (5) to eight (8) years of experience in the specified field as required by INL.
