This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Organize and facilitate training sessions, webinars, and workshops.
• Engage in communication with both participants and trainers.
• Monitor and track participation, attendance, and completion rates of training sessions.
• Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to enhance training effectiveness.
• Provide logistical assistance for training events, which includes managing materials and virtual meeting platforms.
• Review, catalog, and refresh current training materials.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to revise instructional content, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and assessments.
• Collect and integrate feedback to enhance learning content.
• Oversee daily operations of the LMS, which includes course uploads, user management, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Ensure the LMS is up-to-date with training offerings and resources.
• Track learner progress and produce usage reports.
• Offer technical support and guidance to LMS learners and administrators.
• Work with IT to resolve system issues and implement improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning Design, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in training coordination, project management, or LMS administration.
• Knowledge of LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Absorb) and experience managing course content.
• Familiarity with eLearning standards such as SCORM and xAPI.
• Experience with survey and evaluation tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Google Forms).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
• Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a comfort level in troubleshooting technical issues.
• A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and advancing technology.
• A genuine passion for learning and professional growth.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• High-speed internet is required for remote work; only cable or fiber connections with Ethernet capability.
• Minimum internet speed requirements: 70/30 Mbps (basic), 200-300/35-70 Mbps (shared), 500-1,000/100+ Mbps (heavy use).
