This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +4 more countries.
• Create, develop, and contextualize high-quality learning programs in GA for enterprise, technical, and professional audiences.
• Act as the Lead Learning Experience Designer for initiatives focused on AI, emerging technologies, digital transformation, technical skills, leadership, role-specific applications, or enhancing workplace productivity.
• Manage the client-facing design process from initial discovery to final delivery, covering requirements, expected outcomes, timelines, project scope, resource allocation, development plans, and content quality.
• Collaborate with sales, product, client success, solutions, and delivery teams to pinpoint needs and convert them into effective learning solutions.
• Assist in pre-sales and client discussions by clarifying skill requirements, learner personas, program goals, audience readiness, and learning pathways.
• Assess relevant tools, workflows, use cases, and workplace environments, including AI tools.
• Define outcomes that support practical application, workflow enhancements, productivity improvements, behavior transformation, and responsible technology usage.
• Develop instructor-led materials such as presentations, hands-on labs, case studies, simulations, assessments, facilitator guides, learner workbooks, and workplace exercises.
• Design hands-on activities utilizing workplace and AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, Midjourney, and NotebookLM.
• Simplify complex or technical concepts into accessible learning formats in collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Curate and refresh content to reflect industry trends, tool capabilities, best practices, accessibility standards, and responsible use.
• Construct structured learning pathways across various proficiency levels.
• Ensure learning experiences adhere to adult learning principles, learning science, accessibility, measurable outcomes, and workplace application.
• Oversee project and program development timelines, deliverables, resource management, quality assurance, and productization standards.
• Recruit and manage subject matter experts, instructional designers, assessment specialists, instructors, vendors, contractors, and freelancers.
• Create instructor enablement materials and guide instructors in delivering applied, interactive learning experiences.
• Customize programs for enterprise clients, startups, government entities, technical teams, business leaders, and diverse employee groups.
• Gather and analyze data on learning impact for ongoing improvement.
• Collaborate with translation and localization partners as necessary.
• Lead the standardization of reusable learning patterns, components, activities, templates, and program frameworks.
• Contribute to a scalable library of reusable learning components and AI-enhanced learning patterns.
• Identify opportunities to transform custom materials into reusable product components and enhance GA’s learning offerings.
• Over 5 years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, curriculum development, or a related discipline, with extensive experience in creating instructor-led training content.
• Proven track record in designing high-quality learning experiences for enterprise, professional, technical, or workplace audiences.
• Strong background in developing practical, outcome-focused learning materials, including presentations, facilitator guides, activities, assessments, case studies, labs, simulations, and learner resources.
• Experience in managing clients, stakeholders, subject matter experts, instructors, vendors, or cross-functional partners through a content development process.
• Solid understanding of instructional design methodologies, including Bloom’s Taxonomy, ADDIE, experiential learning, practice-based learning, and adult learning principles.
• Capability to design for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on proficiency with contemporary AI tools.
• Demonstrated experience in crafting learning experiences related to AI, emerging technology, data, digital transformation, technical skills, or workplace technology adoption.
• Strong working knowledge of generative AI, large language models, prompt engineering, machine learning, AI agents, ethical AI, responsible usage, and enterprise AI integration.
• Experience in designing practical, hands-on learning activities.
• Familiarity with collaborating with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into structured, engaging, and accessible learning experiences.
• Familiarity with learning management systems, content management systems, and authoring tools.
• Willingness to adjust schedule for meetings across multiple time zones, especially in the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Passion for assisting diverse learners in acquiring practical, forward-looking skills.
