Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create new eLearning modules and instructor-led training programs, including assessments and certifications, for product launches and updates to policies and procedures.

• Maintain the relevance of existing training materials.

• Develop and implement refresher training based on Quality Assurance outcomes, Customer Effort Scores, or related performance metrics.

• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions for trainers who are subject matter experts.

• Review training materials with SMEs to identify any inaccuracies, outdated content, or missing information.

• Foster and nurture relationships with SME trainers, partner teams, and BPO leadership.

• Manage Seismic LMS distribution groups, oversee completion and assessment reporting, and handle enrollment processes.

• Collaborate with BPO leaders to address and resolve training gaps.

• Investigate and suggest beneficial features of Seismic.

• Assist the Content & Learning team with training initiatives, self-service resources, and internal support knowledge.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design, training, or learning and development.

• Proven experience in creating eLearning, instructor-led training, and assessments using the ADDIE model or a similar framework.

• Proficiency with tools such as Articulate or Camtasia.

• Knowledge of the Kirkpatrick model or comparable methods for evaluating training effectiveness.

• Experience as an LMS administrator with systems like Seismic (formerly Lessonly), Docebo, or similar platforms.

• Background in managing user groups, enrollments, and reporting processes.

• Experience in facilitating virtual training, including train-the-trainer sessions.

• Ideally, experience working with globally distributed teams or BPO environments.

• Adaptability and willingness to support the team beyond training responsibilities when priorities change.

• Must disclose and reference any AI tools utilized during interviews; failure to do so will result in disqualification from candidacy.
