Field Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Deliver both on-site and virtual training sessions for local businesses.

• Collaborate closely with Local Companies, Area Leaders, and Training Services to achieve targeted performance outcomes.

• Educate employees on the functionalities of WISE, WinZone, and Winreports.

• Provide training for new presidents/managers and staff on topics, including WISE functions and reports such as A Day’s Work in a Day (ADWIAD).

• Assist local companies in organizing and setting up WISE data.

• Conduct follow-up training sessions with previously visited local companies.

• Participate in Annual Meetings, National Training, Regional Training, and MDTP sessions.

• Create training help videos and offer supporting documentation.

• Generate, maintain, and track help tickets for end users until their issues are resolved.

• Collaborate with Programming, Quality Assurance, and Support teams on various initiatives.

• Provide conceptual and strategic advice to local companies.

• Execute other assigned duties as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the wholesale distribution sector.

• Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, and accountability in all responsibilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capacity to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving work environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree, or relevant experience (preferred).

• Over 3 years of experience utilizing the WISE ERP system (preferred).

• Willingness to work a non-traditional schedule.

• Capability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.

• Dexterity in hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other components.

• Ability to lift and transport moderately heavy items, such as computers and peripherals.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
