Senior Manager, Learning and Development – Assurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the strategic plan for organization-wide learning tailored to the designated client group.

• Deliver learning solutions that enhance performance, drive business results, and fulfill continuing professional education requirements.

• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with service line leaders and Professional Practice Group stakeholders.

• Utilize performance consulting skills to assess and identify learning needs.

• Design, manage, and continuously improve the organization-wide learning curriculum portfolio.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to leverage best practices and innovative, future-oriented approaches.

• Create and implement annual curriculum portfolio strategies.

• Track work plans and manage milestones utilizing strong project management skills.

• Own the curriculum portfolio while leading the design, delivery, and evaluation of programs.

• Guide direct reports and members of the learning team through advocacy, coaching, mentoring, and training.

• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, facilitator recruitment and management, delivery, communication, evaluation, reporting, and vendor relationships.

• Collaborate with colleagues from the Learning and People Team to ensure alignment across firm-wide initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a focus on learning or a related discipline is preferred.

• A Master’s degree is preferred.

• At least 8 years of experience in Learning and Development or a related field within a complex organization is required.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience managing teams, with proven involvement in building and leading high-performing teams and promoting an inclusive culture.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hiring.

• Proven experience in developing and executing learning strategies and operations for technical content.

• Familiarity with adult learning principles and experience in designing and developing learning curriculum and content across various learning modalities.

• Strong project management capabilities, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

• Knowledge of and experience with Learning Management Systems, online course creation tools, and webinar/virtual classroom platforms.

• Strong executive presence, capable of building relationships, establishing rapport, and effectively engaging with all levels within the organization.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Windows, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Willingness to travel as necessary, approximately 10% of the time.
