Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Provide engaging and well-structured training sessions for new customer experience representatives.

• Conduct virtual training sessions in a professional and captivating manner.

• Clearly articulate processes, procedures, systems, and customer service expectations.

• Employ various teaching methods to cater to different learning preferences.

• Assess learner comprehension and identify any knowledge gaps.

• Administer knowledge assessments, practical exercises, role-plays, and hands-on activities.

• Offer constructive feedback and coaching throughout the training process.

• Assist learners needing additional support.

• Aid in the transition of new hires from training into production.

• Collaborate closely with Team Leads and other leadership members to ensure learner readiness.

• Keep precise training records and communicate learner progress effectively.

• Adjust training delivery in response to changes in processes, systems, or requirements.

• Foster a positive, professional, and accountable learning atmosphere.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in training within a BPO or contact center environment.

• Essential experience in healthcare or medical customer service.

• Previous experience in training customer service or contact center teams.

• Minimum of 1 year of remote work experience.

• Fully bilingual in both English and Spanish.

• Exceptional spoken and written English skills.

• Strong presentation and communication abilities.

• Confident in delivering training in a virtual format.

• Tech-savvy and capable of learning new systems and platforms.

• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Patient, approachable, and skilled at coaching various types of learners.

• Strong team-oriented mindset.

• Comfortable working during U.S. business hours.

• Available for immediate start.

• Must have a reliable computer, internet connection, headset, and appropriate remote workspace.

• Comfortable working as an Independent Contractor.

• Windows 11 PC is required (Mac is not supported).

• Minimum 16 GB RAM.

• Dual monitor setup is preferred.

• Webcam and wired USB headset are necessary.

• i5 processor or higher is required.

• Fibre internet with a wired connection (Ethernet cable) is essential.

• Backup power solution must be available.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams / Office 365 is necessary.

• An English resume is required.

• Must be a Mexican national currently residing in México.
