This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Acquire and disseminate an in-depth understanding of the RealTime, Devana Solutions, and Complion product lines.
β’ Collaborate with customers and subject matter experts to create, implement, and sustain training instructional materials across various formats, including aids, videos, live/virtual instructor-led sessions, and online self-directed training, to facilitate software functionality learning for customers and employees.
β’ Facilitate regularly scheduled virtual training sessions tailored to specific roles for customers.
β’ Develop new curriculum and enhance existing content within the RealTime University and/or LMS system.
β’ Educate customers and internal teams on new systems and product enhancements.
β’ Provide advanced onboarding training for Training/LMS Specialists, detailing training and LMS policies, procedures, product knowledge, and the organization's training service strategy.
β’ Create, document, assess, and report on the effectiveness of a Trainer program.
β’ Cultivate a creative, positive, efficient, and collaborative team environment.
β’ Collaborate closely with all product management and customer-facing teams on the primary value proposition for new customer solutions to leverage during training for diverse audiences.
β’ Share best practices and contribute innovative ideas for problem resolution.
β’ Enhance processes and procedures to better serve customers and/or boost productivity.
β’ Uphold a high level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive and confidential information.
β’ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to the HIPAA Privacy Rule.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and curriculum development.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Proficient in project management and design thinking methodologies.
β’ Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into coherent and accessible learning content.
β’ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
β’ Exceptional time management skills with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively.
β’ Customer service-focused approach and attitude.
β’ Strong teaching and mentoring capabilities.
β’ Aptitude for problem-solving and adaptability to changing project requirements.
β’ Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in the clinical research industry or medical field.
β’ Minimum of 1 year of experience in developing courses and microlearning for SaaS products.
β’ Over 2 years of experience utilizing eLearning authoring tools such as Camtasia and Audiate.
β’ Familiarity with a clinical trial management system.
β’ Bachelor's degree in science, medical, business, information technology, education, or a related field.
