Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Facilitate daily virtual sessions led by trainers for designated trainee groups.

• Ensure that training documentation is precise and up-to-date.

• Administer rubric-based evaluations at each stage of the program.

• Address trainee queries and concerns during the sessions.

• Conduct mock client introduction calls and practice interviews.

• Integrate checkpoint scores, mock performance, and facilitation notes into assessments of trainee readiness.

• Mentor trainees in presentation skills, communication, and strategic support.

• Identify trainee strengths, areas for improvement, potential performance risks, and appropriate next steps.

• Collaborate with the Assistant Training Manager to review and enhance training content, structure, and delivery.

• Create simulations and role-playing scenarios that mirror real client situations.

• Communicate trainee progress and project updates to the Assistant Training Manager and Training Supervisor.

• Escalate unresolved issues and performance concerns as necessary.

• Assist in onboarding new team members when required.

• Implement at least one program enhancement each quarter that significantly boosts engagement or retention.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in virtual training with a demonstrable record of success.

• At least 1 year of recent experience as a VA/EA working with US clients.

• Proficient in Google Suite, Discord, and Slack for training delivery, coordination, and documentation.

• Strong presentation abilities; comfortable creating materials in Google Slides, Canva, or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent in a professional setting.

• Knowledge of various learning styles and effective teaching strategies for each.

• Experience conducting mock interviews and providing structured, constructive feedback.

• Capability to evaluate assessments based on established rubrics rather than personal opinion.

• Proficient in independently facilitating live virtual sessions and adapting delivery as needed in real-time.
