This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conceptualize, create, deliver, and consistently enhance training programs, communications, operational documentation, and change management strategies that support Sirva operations and strategic client accounts.
• Act as a bridge between Account Management, Operations, Learning & Development, and client stakeholders.
• Design, coordinate, and lead onboarding and continuous training programs for consultants, CXO teams, and operational stakeholders.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning solutions.
• Assess training effectiveness using surveys, participant feedback, and operational performance metrics.
• Oversee training calendars and ensure the timely execution of required learning programs.
• Create and update training materials, process documentation, job aids, operational guides, presentations, and client-facing resources.
• Ensure that materials adhere to client branding, formatting, language, and quality standards.
• Conduct quality reviews for accuracy, consistency, thoroughness, and alignment.
• Generate client-ready presentations and communications.
• Assist in operational and client-driven projects from the planning phase through implementation and post-launch adoption.
• Manage stakeholders, dependencies, timelines, communications, and training activities for new process introductions.
• Lead lessons learned evaluations and identify risks, gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Discover opportunities to enhance training effectiveness, operational uniformity, and employee efficiency.
• Utilize emerging technologies, AI tools, learning platforms, and automation solutions.
• Track training metrics and operational feedback to suggest process enhancements.
• Aid in governance activities related to training documentation and change implementation.
• Outstanding attention to detail with a proven ability to deliver highly accurate, polished, and professional work outputs.
• Excellent organizational abilities and project coordination, with the capacity to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Capacity to foresee dependencies, risks, and downstream effects of operational changes.
• High level of accountability and ownership for deliverables.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with global teams.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in developing and delivering high-quality client-facing communications, training materials, and presentations.
• Experience with AI-enabled productivity tools, Microsoft Copilot, learning technologies, and digital content platforms.
• Prior experience supporting large, complex client accounts is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Relocation Operations is strongly preferred.
• Experience with both US Domestic and Global Operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with project implementation and operational change management.
• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
