EMEA Training Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance Fieldpiece’s technical training strategy, curriculum, and content for the EMEA region.

• Provide training both in-person and via video formats.

• Mentor, coach, and develop a team of about 3–4 technical trainers across Europe.

• Design scalable and localized training initiatives for technicians, distributors, sales teams, ambassadors, and other stakeholders.

• Administer training programs via a Learning Management System (LMS).

• Cultivate partnerships with training centers, educational institutions, and external training providers.

• Supervise regional technical support and repair operations.

• Set training objectives, identify skill gaps, and assess the effectiveness of training programs.

• Collaborate with EMEA leadership, Sales, Marketing, Product teams, and the training organization in the U.S.

• Strive for continuous improvement in the dissemination of technical knowledge and product expertise across EMEA.

• Expect to travel approximately 50% of the time throughout Europe.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent relevant experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in technical training, with a focus on developing technical curriculum and providing hands-on instruction.

• More than 2 years of experience in leading, coaching, or developing a team.

• Familiarity with HVAC/R systems, equipment, tools, or a closely related technical sector.

• Strong mechanical and electrical skills.

• Comfortable working directly with technical products.

• Capability to convert complex technical information into clear and practical training for a variety of audiences.

• Experience collaborating across different countries, cultures, and functions.

• Proficiency in both German and English.

• Preference for additional language skills in Italian, French, or Dutch.

• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% across the EMEA region.
