Learning Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to identify business goals, skill gaps, and learning priorities.

• Propose learning strategies and solutions that support both technical and non-technical skills enhancement.

• Oversee the design and implementation of learning programs that align with client objectives.

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal learning teams to ensure successful delivery.

• Manage learning engagements from the initial scoping phase to final delivery, clarifying expectations and outcomes.

• Analyze learning metrics, reports, and feedback to evaluate effectiveness and guide recommendations.

• Work alongside instructional designers, developers, and subject matter experts.

• Keep abreast of learning tools, methodologies, and industry trends to inform solution development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in consulting with clients on learning, talent, or workforce development initiatives.

• Capability to convert business and stakeholder requirements into structured learning solutions.

• Experience in the design or delivery of blended learning programs, including virtual, classroom, or digital formats.

• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide learning or development solutions.

• Proficient in reviewing learning metrics and reports to assess outcomes and suggest enhancements.

• Demonstrated experience in facilitating discussions with clients and subject matter experts.

• Familiarity with learning tools, platforms, or delivery models for learning programs.

• Preferred: Background in learning and development, organizational development, or talent consulting.

• Preferred: Understanding of instructional design principles or learning experience design.

• Preferred: Experience managing large or complex learning programs across various stakeholder groups.

• Preferred: Knowledge of performance support tools, job aids, or technical documentation.

• Preferred: Experience in enterprise or technology-driven environments.

• May need to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination when working at a client, customer, or partner location.
