EMEA Training Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance Fieldpiece’s EMEA technical training strategy, curriculum, and content for both field and video delivery.

• Guide, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 3–4 technical trainers across Europe.

• Design scalable, localized training programs for technicians, distributors, sales teams, ambassadors, and other partners.

• Oversee training programs within a Learning Management System (LMS).

• Build partnerships with training centers, educational institutions, and external training resources.

• Supervise regional technical support and repair operations.

• Set training objectives, pinpoint knowledge gaps, and assess program effectiveness.

• Collaborate with EMEA leadership, Sales, Marketing, Product, and the U.S. training organization.

• Continuously enhance the delivery of technical knowledge and product expertise across EMEA.

• Actively engage with customers and provide hands-on training in the field.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in technical training.

• Demonstrated experience in developing technical curriculum and delivering hands-on training.

• More than 2 years of experience in leading, coaching, or developing a team.

• Familiarity with HVAC/R systems, equipment, tools, or a closely related technical industry.

• Strong mechanical and electrical skills.

• Comfortable working hands-on with technical products.

• Capable of translating complex technical information into clear, actionable training for diverse audiences.

• Experience in working across different countries, cultures, and functions.

• Fluent in German and English.

• Preference for proficiency in Italian, French, or Dutch.

• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% throughout EMEA.
