This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Deliver professional, consistent, and quality-focused training sessions in the classroom for new employees.
β’ Lead computer-based training initiatives and classroom presentations as part of the 2 Day NETP Class.
β’ Conduct Welcome, New Employee Orientation, Safety training, Excellence in Customer Service sessions, and Techniques of Alcohol Management training.
β’ Administer and monitor TAM 01 training for employees biannually or as mandated by policy.
β’ Oversee and track TAM 02 training for Store Managers in designated regions.
β’ Collaborate with the Training Store Manager to ensure a comprehensive hands-on training experience.
β’ Verify, schedule, and monitor new hires using Workday.
β’ Handle new-hire documentation, confirm identification for I-9 compliance, and process Social Security numbers via E-Verify.
β’ Manage uniform inventory, confirm orders, and update the uniform tracking spreadsheet.
β’ Evaluate prospective candidates and communicate updates or concerns to management.
β’ Distribute uniforms, nametags, and In Store Training Passports to trainees.
β’ Ensure a tidy training environment.
β’ Adhere to state, federal, and company regulations.
β’ Complete additional tasks as required.
β’ High School diploma is mandatory.
β’ 3β5 years of experience in retail and/or training.
β’ Proficient in computer applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
β’ Excellent analytical and leadership abilities.
β’ Capacity to manage multiple tasks with a strong focus on detail.
β’ Professional verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Ability to maintain a positive team spirit and professional attitude.
β’ Self-driven with the capability to complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes.
β’ Reliable transportation to cover other training locations during vacations or as necessary.
β’ Ability to adhere to state, federal, and company regulations.
β’ Capability to sit, talk, and/or hear on a regular basis.
β’ Ability to use hands for handling or grasping items.
β’ Capability to stand, walk, and reach with both hands and arms occasionally.
β’ Ability to lift items weighing between 5β10 lbs on occasion.
