This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Deliver targeted professional development and continuous in-classroom support.
• Analyze data and assist educators in integrating it into their instruction.
• Oversee daily projects and maintain communication with district and site leadership.
• Aid districts in choosing and implementing Curriculum Associates products.
• Become proficient in the company’s online Diagnostic and Instruction program and Common Core offerings.
• Support district-wide adoptions of the Ready program and the i-Ready online diagnostic and instruction system.
• Provide professional development for teachers, coaches, and leaders on the implementation of Ready and i-Ready.
• Offer customized on-site assistance, including lesson planning and pacing support.
• Assist leaders in identifying evidence of implementation successes and challenges.
• Collaborate with district and site leaders to create and update annual professional development plans and schedules.
• Act as a thought leader for Curriculum Associates.
• Participate in company-sponsored educational conferences and engage in team development activities.
• Work collaboratively with various stakeholders, such as the Sales team, educators, students, and school districts.
• Travel up to 80%, including overnight stays and transportation by car, plane, and/or public transit.
• Provide support to districts throughout North Alabama and across the state as business needs arise.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of experience in teaching, coaching educators, or delivering professional development.
• Proficient in using digital tools, including online assessments.
• High level of comfort in discussing and applying data with educators and leaders.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and their application to professional development.
• Capability to manage, monitor, evaluate, and uphold the integrity of program implementations.
• Ability to deliver high-quality classroom coaching.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and attend company meetings several times a year.
• Strong working knowledge of the Common Core State Standards for Mathematics/ELA, Grades K–8, or equivalent state standards, including content and practice standards.
• Must currently reside in North Alabama or be willing to relocate to the area.
• Valid driver's license required.
