This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Provide daily leadership for the People Services Learning & Development (L&D) team.
β’ Ensure the delivery service is maintained and advance key priorities alongside the broader L&D Center of Excellence (COE) and People Services.
β’ Organize workloads, resources, skills, and team capacity effectively.
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast and plan for resourcing and successful execution of the L&D strategy.
β’ Lead and supervise L&D projects that align with People Services, COE strategy, and business transformation initiatives.
β’ Partner with People Services, colleagues from L&D COE, and other stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives.
β’ Mentor team members to ensure quality, consistency, and capability are upheld.
β’ Serve as the escalation point for complex team issues, ensuring resolution and knowledge transfer occurs.
β’ Promote continuous improvement in L&D processes, technology, automation, and digital efficiency.
β’ Guide enhancements to L&D systems, processes, and procedures.
β’ Ensure effective usage of Learning Management System (LMS) and Workday, including data accuracy, reporting, adoption, and issue resolution.
β’ Supervise system functionality reviews, process optimization, and scalable workflows.
β’ Assist in the ongoing LMS strategy, which includes changes, enhancements, and system design priorities.
β’ Support the evaluation of learning and reviews of the training catalog.
β’ Provide governance and reporting for Group/COE initiatives, compliance, and enterprise-wide programs.
β’ Manage the ServiceNow queue and workflow, process documentation, training guides, self-service, and knowledge sharing.
β’ Report to the HR Shared Service Centre Lead - EMEA.
β’ Experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or Shared Services.
β’ Previous experience in team or people management within a complex global organization.
β’ Familiarity with working in an L&D Matrix / Shared Services model.
β’ Ability to lead, motivate, and coach a remote team while juggling workload and competing priorities.
β’ Proven experience in leading L&D projects and collaborating effectively with COE and cross-functional stakeholders.
β’ Strong planning, prioritization, and service delivery skills.
β’ Over 5 years of experience enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring good governance in a complex environment.
β’ Experience with LMS and HR systems such as Workday.
β’ Capability to oversee system enhancements and resolve issues through relevant Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
β’ Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
β’ Confidence in engaging with all levels of the organization.
β’ Proficiency in using data and reporting to track performance, participation, outcomes, and service delivery.
β’ Strong project management abilities.
β’ Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
